How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the US usually takes 6 to 12 business days.
Countries out of US might take 7 to 14 business days depending on the country's postal service.
Has my order been shipped?
Once you received a confirmation email, rest assured your order is being processed and you will receive another email with a tracking number within 24-72 hours after placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours after time of order and a processing fee of $5 will be charged. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can consider returning the item(s) within 14 days from the day you have received your order. Products purchased from www.thinkolives.com must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund to be made. Generally, the customer is responsible for any cost involved in the return process.
Items intended to be returned or exchanged must be in their unused condition, inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Olives will not be responsible for any items lost during the return process.
All refunds will only be processed after we have received and checked the returned item. A refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the method of payment used to purchase.
